Eric Mann's original letter had three parts: I. Overview: History Can Guide Us; II. Program and Demands: Support the Movement in the Black Belt South; and III: Conclusion: Counterhegemonic and Long~term Movement Building and Demand Development. It was 46 pages.
The letter is not included here because Eric updated the letter into a book called 'Katrina's Legacy: White Racism and Black Reconstruction in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. ' Summer 2006.
